Spelling

George Thomas is getting really good at spelling.  Well, he doesn't really "spell" he just tells you the letters that he sees.  "S-H-E-L-L same as Momma", "T-A-R-G-E-T same as cuppy".  So he doesn't know what he is spelling, he just knows the letters. 

I'm pretty sure he recognizes G-E-O-R-G-E.  He knows that spells his name.  But repeating it doesn't work.  Oh, but he tries to tell you how to spell his name.  This is his recent conversation with a stranger.

"Hi, I'm 3.  My name is George. C-O-R-N.  George.  Glad to meet you."

So I have to follow that with "We are working on the spelling."

The funny thing is, he ALWAYS spells "corn" when he says his name.
